The Chair Markets’ Trade and Contract Sales

As a Trade or Contract client, you’ll enjoy special competitive discounts and personalized service from our sales teams. The Chair Market is the source for all seating needs. Our manufacturing facility is located directly next door to our sales office we’re you will enjoy the convenience of having your order process shown step-by-step.

For over 33 years, we have been providing authentic chairs, stools, tables and booths to design professionals across the country and internationally. We can handle all order sizes and work with you to help foster your design objectives.

Trade and Contract Program

We offer a discount to qualified architects, interior designers, design professionals, facility owner/managers working on a single residence, small or large project. Once qualified, you’ll receive tailored services, including COM and COL.

Proof Requirement

One of the following credentials are required:

  • Current business or state professional license in a residential or commercial design-based business, or the hospitality industry
  • Proof of current AIA or IDI provincial registration
  • Proof of current ASID membership
  • Interior design certification (e.g. NCID, CCIDC)
  • W9, Federal ID form, or official document showing EIN number
  • Resale or Sales Tax Certificate

Plus, all of the following:

  • Business card that indicates your current design profession/title
  • Links to your website and/or LinkedIn, Facebook and any other websites that state your firm’s most current profession and/or design
  • Examples of your past and/or current design/architectural work (links to online portfolios, scanned photos or printouts of articles/blogs/sites that showcase your firm’s work)
